Thallophyta

Body: Thallus (no roots, stems, or leaves)

Examples: Spirogyra, Ulothrix, Sargassum

Found in: Ponds, water bodies

Bryophyta

Body: Flat, ribbon-like (no true roots/stems)

Examples: Moss, Marchantia

Found in: Moist areas, hills in rainy season

Pteridophyta

Body: Well-developed roots, stems, and leaves

Examples: Ferns, Marsilea

Found in: Forests, rainy regions
